Jeff Moulton is an NCCPA certified physician assistant who received his Bachelor of Physician Assistant Studies from the Medical College of Georgia in 2000 and later his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska in 2011. He has a variety of work experience including Cardiac and General Surgery as well as Emergency Medicine. He is also a Lieutenant Colonel in the Georgia National Guard and spent three years in Iraq. Jeff has strong background in surgery and has spent the last five years working under a board certified Mohs surgeon. He now specializes in Dermatologic Surgery and General Dermatology. Jeff is a member of the Georgia Dermatologic Physician Assistant Society and the Florida Society of Dermatologic Physician Assistants. He is married to his wife Liz and has three grown children, Ashley, Craig and Logan. They enjoy being outdoors and traveling.
Dr. Michael A. Scannon, MD is a Board Certified Dermatologist that has been in practice since January 1982 in Tampa and Dade City Florida. Dr. Scannon received his training from Emory University, Department of Dermatology and at the University of South Florida, College of Medicine in Internal Medicine. He is a member of the prestigious Noah Worchester Dermatological Society, American Academy of Dermatology, Hillsborough County Medical Association, Florida Society of Dermatology, American Society of Dermatologic Surgery and the Photomedicine Society to name just a few. He is also the Medical Director of the west coast chapter of the National Psoriasis Foundation and Affiliate Associate Professor for the University of South Florida, College of Medicine. Dr. Scannon offers a wide variety of treatment options for psoriasis patients including Light-box therapy, X-trac laser and biologic therapy. He also participates in various Research Studies for psoriasis. He offers Radiation therapy as a treatment option for patients with superficial skin cancers in his Tampa office. He also offers cosmetic skin care products such as Color Science, Obagi, and Skin Ceuticals with services such as waxing, microdermabrasion and laser hair removal. Jessica M. Hage recently joined our practice as a board certified Physician Assistant. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Clinical Allied Health and a minor in Health Services Administration. Jessica then went on to earn her Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University, graduating with honors. She began her career as a PA in primary care, however found that her true passion is the field of dermatology. She is a member of the Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the Florida Westcoast Society of Dermatology, Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. Jessica was raised in Tampa Bay area and after living all over Florida, has recently settled back down in Tampa with her husband.
Sandra L. Snyder, PA-C is a board certified Physician Assistant and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Business from Northern Illinois University in 1983. She worked in television for 10 years as the Community Affairs Director at WTSP-TV. She returned to school and obtained a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from University of Florida in 1999. Upon graduation, Ms. Snyder practiced two years in family medicine before specializing in general medical dermatology with an emphasis in psoriasis, severe acne and hyperhidrosis and hidrandenitis supurativa. Ms. Snyder is the Treasurer of the Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and a member of the Florida Association of Physician Assistants. She was voted South Tampa Best Dermatology Provider by the readers of South Tampa News & Tribune in 2011.
